Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 17:00 on  workdays will be processed the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer the following shipping options for deliveries within Canada:
    • Standard Shipping: $7.00 (Delivery time: ~7 business days)
    • Expedited Shipping: $14.00  (Delivery time: 3-5 business days)
  • Other Country Shipping: Currently, we do not ship to countries outside Canada. 

Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.00 CAD within Canada. 

Please Note:

  • Shipping times are estimated and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.
  • Additional customs, duties, and taxes may apply for international orders, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Lost or Damaged Items

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at  ronrisleyart@shaw.ca with your order details, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
