Ron Risley Art Return Policy

Return Period:
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Non-returnable Items:

• Custom or commissioned artwork
• Sale items or gift cards
• Items with visible signs of use or damage not caused by shipping

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us with photographic proof within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, send us an email at [contact email] and return the item to the address provided.
